Project: Rebrand Auction.com to TEN-X
Objective: To launch the rebranding of Auction.com to TEN-X at South By SouthWest (SXSW).
Solution: Make it impossible to not notice. We secured and managed the exclusive promotional partnership with SXSW Interactive at the Major Sponsorship level. Then we designed and executed throughout the event including: A street closure structure, Austin Convention Center lounge, Interactive trade show booth including hologram technology, launch party featuring Grammy-award winning musician Gary Clark Jr., celebrity chef Richard Blais, and world renowned DJ and drummer Tony Royster Jr., outdoor music stage activation, and client inclusion in panel discussions.
Services: Concept development for launch party, as well as all branded and interactive experiences, complete planning, execution, budget preparation and project management, construction, vendor and caterer management, created and deployed multi-media and social media campaigns, created and deployed transit, billboard, and pedicab promotions throughout Austin, curated speaking panels with industry leaders, program recap including ROI analytics and impressions.
